Adverse analytical findings according to the WADA substance classes
The samples received by the laboratory are divided into two categories depending on the time of collection. These two categories reflect a new practice established a few years ago: the athletes are not solely tested “in-competition” but also “out-of-competition” (during training sessions or even at home).
Year 2007 statistics reveal that the number of LAD out-of-competition tests by far exceeded in-competition controls.
